At AIS our inspectors are highly skilled and qualified by ACI, ICBO, IBC, ICC, UBC and or Los Angeles City. Many of our inspectors have certification by all three departments and are retested every three years without exception.

This means that your project will be covered from all angles when going through the inspection phase, from inspecting the work to testing the materials in our lab. With a practiced and extensive understanding of project timelines, AIS is committed to expeditious and reliable service with a quick turn-around of your inspection reports. We offer each of our clients an opportunity to preview and review the final inspector's report on-line by creating a special user name and password that can only be accessed and viewed by that client. This allows the client to plan into the future by looking at a copy of their final report which is mailed the same day it is posted on-line.
